Group Training Classes
Strength Training Classes:
At Strong Barbell Club, we offer Strength Training Classes so people at any fitness level can work together towards a common goal. Everyone with a class membership is also able to use the gym 24/7, like any of our other membership types.
Class Membership: $150
- General Fitness Classes (All Ages) - For any person looking for a fully rounded approach to fitness. A combination of strength training and conditioning. Any and all fitness levels welcome.
- Monday - 4:00-5:00 pm
- Wednesday - 4:00-5:00 pm
- Friday - 4:00-5:00 pm
- Sports Performance Classes (12-18 year old's) - A class with a focus on increasing athletic performance and prepare athletes for their upcoming season.
- Monday - 4:00-5:00 pm
- Wednesday - 4:00-5:00 pm
- Fridays - 4:00-5:00 pm
